Abstract

Academic libraries counted as the “Heart of the Institution” which already having some predefined duties and responsibilities. Recently Many academic institutions  modified their libraries using latest technologies and equipments for better user support.  The article throws light to Academic institution’sRenovated Knowledge Houses ‘s contributions to Institutional Effectiveness. How libraries resources, services, human assets are being explore for the well being of the parent organization? Are the users received their expected out come from latest facilities offered by the information centers? Many components all together provide their endowment to the success and goal achievement of the parent organization. Current study investigates the changing pattern, attitudes, utilities, effectiveness etc of modified physical and digital functionaries of advanced and renovated libraries towards the empowerment , achievement and path setting of institution. The study results pointed that these new ventures can promote the reputation, sprit ,corevalueand mission of organizations and their  in house and exterior collaborators. It’s evident that  Institutional effectiveness through library services and facilities can attract more staff and students to the institution and Accreditation bodies, government agencies  provide high rating to these institutions.
